CLAIM: THE U.S. NEWS LAW SCHOOL RANKINGS ARE RACIST. “The only schools enrolling black students at the same level as their representation in the general population are the schools U.S. News ranks so poorly that they are not even assigned a numerical ranking.”
I’d look to the quality of students being churned out by our “inner-city” schools before I’d scream illegal discrimination. The top schools snap up the best black students,* even drastically lowering their standards to snag ‘em. What’s left go … elsewhere.
