The sellers paid $2.730 for the land, with house, in 2004, and built new in 2014 — readers can correct me, but I thinkI remember the original house lying fallow for a few years, though zi may be confusing it with that protracted, foreclosed spec house next door. In any event, after this house was completed in 2014, it was placed on the market at $9.750 in 2017, a listing that expired on the last day of December, 2018, still asking $8.495. It came back on this past March, with the result as noted here.
