A Round Hill/Porchuck Sale

310 Round Hill Road, 1924 construction, has sold for $3.350 (Redfin link is still working at this writing, but will probably soon expire).

The owners have been trying to unload it, on-and-off, since 2014, when they began at $5.8 (Ogilvy pricing, of course). Its penultimate listing expired at the end of October 2020 while still asking $2.975. Joe Barbieri then got it, putting it back on the market at $3.550 on May 28 and accepting a winning bid that same day. Joe’s a great guy, and one of the very best realtors in town, but I suspect even he’ll attribute his quick success here, at least in part, to the COVID market. The previous agents are no slouches, either.
