A second price cut on Shore Road
/That’s the Grass Island Sewage Plant/I-95 /Greenwich Shore Road, not Old Greenwich’s, but still and all, 311 Shore Road is a pretty nice house. The owners paid $5.450 for it in 2015, and relisted it this past May at $5.750, so its new price of $4.995 doesn’t seem wildly unreasonable.
The listing’s mention of a “heated driveway for easy year-round access” hints at one of the difficulties of this property’s siting, and “new roof and HVAC” for a house built in 2004 is, while not entirely outside the normal lifespan of those amenities, might make one question who, exactly, did the construction here.
But it does have a nice pool.
