New Listing in Grass Island Neighborhood

augustus Lane.jpeg

10 Augusta Lane, $3.875 million. My personal taste doesn’t run towards inserting a NYC co-op interior into a 1924 house, but I’m not in the market for either, so to quote the Butcher of Libya, “what difference, now, does it make?”

The previous owners tried for $3.250 in 2010 and sold in 2011 for $2.150. Since then, the house has been completely redone and expanded, and I’m sure this experience will be different.
