11 Wynwood Road
They haven’t closed yet, but both 17 Wynnwood Road, $7.950, and 68 Meadow Road, Riverside, $5.795, are reported pending after 11 and 19 days, respectively. It’s a fair bet that these are either all-cash deals or, at the least, the buyers weren’t worried about mortgage contingencies; that’s always nice for both buyers and sellers.
The previous owners of Wynwood tried for $9.995 million in 2009 before accepting $6.5 from these soon-to-be sellers in 2011. Elen days this time: a good price will do that, especially when combined with the Albino Zebra.
