Sherwood Forest comes back to life
/10 Sherwood Farm Lane,, $4.6 million, contract in 10 days, which suggests multiple bids. The price seems appropriate, well within the range of comparable homes, but this development has been a slow seller since, I’d guess, 2008, with many of the original buyers taking substantial hits on resale.
I’m in the real estate business, so I’m always happy to see owners at least not lose their shirts on their purchases.
