Slow learners

13 Chieftans Road expired, unsold, and asking $3.195 million on 3/24/21. It came back on 6/04/21 at $3.495. Today it was reduced to $3.350.

This isn’t the first time the owners have tried the equivalent of a Dutch Auction for this place. Last year, the house had dropped to $2.999 by the time its listing expired on 7/20/20, and returned two weeks later with a new broker and a new price of $3.295. I called that an odd strategy back then, and still do.
