425 Round Hill Road has sold for $11.525 million. The owners tried for $16.5 in 2015, a price that had dropped to $12.5 by the time they took a time out in 2016. This time, they priced it at $11.555 in May, 2021, and had a buyer in 51 days.

I don’t know how recently all this was done, but there’s an impressive list of improvements here.
