One more non-real estate post before the MLS opening bell

An Internet trope making the rounds these days is a complaint that the media, including CNN and MSNBC, gives fr more coverage to missing white girls than it does for blacks. I have no idea whether that’s true, but I’ll assume it is, but how much coverage is allocated to whites shot by cops vs blacks shot? The latest statistics I could find for 2020 show there were 457 whites shot by the police, and 241 blacks (only 14 of whom were unarmed, but never mind). Which stories generated weeks of front-page stories?

And, Black Lives matter folks, how much attention is paid to the 15,000 blacks shot by blacks every year?
