Land sale in Riverside
/Apparently, anything can sell in Riverside, though those that are marginal sites aren’t all that popular.
30 Crescent Road, which started at $750,000 in 2019, has sold for $420,000. It’s just a 0.3 of an acre, mostly what I’d call cliff, but more successful realtors would describe it as “sloping hillside”. The original house, on .6 of an acre, was purchased for $1.760 in 2004, purchased by these owners from People’s Bank, after foreclosure, in 2012 for $1.399.
So now they’ve reduced their cost, at the expense of losing half their land, but not at the price they’d hoped for.
