Lucas Point
/New listing at 7 Crossway, $4.250 million. It’s a 1938 structure that was remuddled along the way, without noticeable improvement, on so-so waterfront. These owners paid $1.995 for it in 2016, and I’m sure they’ve put in enough money into renovations to justify this price —they’re just hidden to the eye.
But Lucas Point is always a plus — it’s my favorite Old Greenwich neighborhood, and I’m not alone in that sentiment.
