Question: Is Joe Biden senile, or just dumb?

There are, of course, countless examples of Joe Biden saying or doing things that are untethered to reality. He regularly lies about his own life – in his first presidential run in 1987, he snapped at a questioner who dared to ask about his grade[s], famously going off on a rant about his own brilliance and accomplishments, all of which were lies (you’d think he’d know his own life’s story) – and this was before his senility, he was in his 40s at the time. 

A few months after making a complete fool of himself there, Biden suffered two brain aneurysms, doing untold damage to something already not functioning properly. Joe Biden has never been playing with a full deck, now he doesn’t even seem to be playing with cards.
