And up on the Banksville border 633 Round Hill Road has sold for $4.150 on an asking price of $4.495.

This was a total renovation of a rather unremarkable home with two recent sales in its immediate past. The original house was purchased for $1.620 million in August 2019 and, when a change in circumstances forced its sale again, it was put back on the market at $1.6 and had dropped all the way to $1.150 when the owner was bailed out, a little, by several buyers, including this builder, appeared, and bid the price up to $1.305.
