/78 Pecksland Road has returned to the MLS with a new broker (Rob Johnson) and a new price: $6.5 million. Long ago — 2006-2011 — the then-owners of the property tried for $16.5 million before giving up, splitting the property, and selling this portion, with the residence and 2.5 acres, for $4.5. Those buyers fixed it up (and it needed a lot of that) and sold it off-MLS to the current owners for $8.850. They, in turn, have been trying to unload it since October 2020, when they started at $11.5.
So, half-that seems reasonable, maybe.
