Old Greenwich pending contract reported

3 Wahneta Road, asking $2.595 million, is pending after just 11 days. It’s a nice house, but as I mentioned when it came on last October 3rd, its desirable location and the possibility of building up to a 6,000 sq. ft home probably dooms the existing structure.

The speed at which this property moved from offered to locked-in contract suggests that we’ll see that prophesy fulfilled.
