Why are Democrats so eager to eliminate the minority protection afforded by the filibuster, when they themselves used it 327 times in 2020 when it was they who were in the minority? I’ll go out on a limb here, and suggest it’s because they have no intention of losing control of the Senate this year, and, interestingly, obviously have no fear that they might.
