It's been a good week for Carrington Drive

17 Carrington Drive, $2.895 million, is pending. Selling to someone who missed out on #30? It’s possible. Interestingly, these owners tried unsuccessfully to sell it for $2.650 from January, 2021, through October of that year, then brought it back this past June at $2.895. In pre-China Flu days, I’d have advised clients to throw iin a bid at, say, $2.5, figuring that if the owners were willing to part with the house at $2.650 six months before, some discount from that number should work. I’d still recommend that approach, but with the caveat that the market is different now, or it was before September.
