A brief peek into those apartments at 90 Riverside Avenue

The building dates back to 1838, and it’s been an apartment house at least since the early-50s when I matriculated at Tiny Tots across the street, but I’ve never known anyone who actually lived there, nor have I seen the inside. But a unit was recently listed on the MLS, and a few pictures are up on the internet.

I can see now why I never visited, but those who pass the place every day may be as curious as I am about what’s inside, even if the answer is, “not much”.
