I don't usually report on condo sales, but this one caught my attention because I'd forgotten these units existed

523 E. Putnam Avenue, Unit C, was listed at $3.330 million and sold yesterday for $3.550. This is a 3-unit project built in 2009, and is well off the Post Road. Two of the units served as down-sizers for friends of mine, and, judging from the Zip Code of yesterday’s buyer, it may be going to be put to that use again.
