Since 2015, these owners have changed agents more frequently than they've changed their home's price

66 Cherry Valley Road has been relisted with another broker at the same $9.888 million it’s been stuck at since March. It’s been a slow crawl to that number — it started at $13 million back in 2010. But obviously, the owners are in no rush to sell, so the pricing is their business and no one else’s.

The Brutalist architecture here* is pretty radical for Greenwich and so far, the market has resisted its charms. These owners paid $11.4 for it in 2005 and perhaps thought they were getting a bargain because it had started off at $18 million in 2003, but sometimes a buyer can turn out to be the only person in the world who wants a particular house.

That might be the case here.
