There'll be a Hot Time in the Ol' Town Hall Tonight

Greenwich Free Press has the full details of what’s on the P&Z’s docket tonight, bt it promises to be a long evening. A sampling:

125 Greenwich Avenue

• A proposal to add two floors to the former Putnam Trust building for 3 units of 8-30g housing.

• A circus tent at Chabad Lubavitch, 6 Lincoln Avenue, corner of Mason

• A 4-story, 20-unit housing complex behind the People’s Bank on the Post Road in Riverside. Six units of the 20 are proposed to be “affordable”, bringing the zoning regulations override of 8-30g into play.

• A revised plan for the proposed cluster-unit project on the remaining 19-acres of the former Gimbel property on King Street, from 6 10,000 sq. ft. homes to 5.

•Not on the agenda tonight, sadly, for those who enjoy a good show, is the proposal for a 110-unit, 6-story apartment complex behind St. Mary’s Church. They’ll have to borrow Chad Lubavitch’s circus tent for that hearing. Woo boy.
