A price cut on Rogues Hill.

121 Round Hill Road has cut its price from $2.695 million to $2.595. The owners paid $1.7 for it in 2018 and so far as I can tell have done nothing significant to it since then. The market’s improved since 2018, but not, I suspect, for an old, 1927 house in dire need of updating, right on a busy road.

We’ll have to wait and see.
