144 Pecksland, $3.6 million. Maybe: the house didn’t do well when the prior owners sold it, who paid $4.1 in 2001 and put it back up for sale in 2014, looking for $4.3 — they eventually caved, and sold it to these owners in 2016 for $2.7 million. Ouch.

There’s been a new kitchen put in since then, so we’ll see how the market values that.
