Sale on Hycliff

3 Hycliff Road, started at $5.250 in May, closed today at $4.775 million, so not too bad. The sellers bought it new in 2004 for $4.6 million (or $6,779,000 in current dollars, but we don’t really count that) and put some substantial money into it, but also lived in it for almost 20 years, so I’d say they made out.
