Stanwich Road sale reported

29 Stanwich Road, discussed here previously when it went to contract, has closed at $3,222,500. Built in 1918, very nicely upgraded/expanded over the years, and in what I’d consider a very convenient location on lower Stanwich, but it hit buyer resistance: it started off at $3.795 million this past October.

Purchased for $3.850 in October 2007.
