Pending at the foot of North Street

1 North Street, $3.095 million, is reported pending. The owners paid $3 million for it in 2003, put some money into renovations in 2004 and then put it up for sale in 2016 at $4.2 million. It’s been a long wait, but their patience has finally been rewarded.

It’s a lovely old (1905) home, but traffic at the intersection of North Street and Maple Avenue is not what it was at the beginning of the last century, and that probably affected its popularity for buyers.
