/88 Riversville Road has closed at $3.999 million, which seems like a reasonable price for both parties, but I see that it went to contract back in May ‘21, just after the owners had dropped its month-old asking price of $4.5 million to $4.195. Would they get more for it today? Yeah, probably, but there’s always a value to locking in a good price, and given the crazy doings of the past two years, who could, or can tell what’s coming next? If I were the seller here, I wouldn’t be kicking myself.
