Or maybe not: the property’s been looking for a buyer since July 2020, when it started at $3.650. Since then it has gone through four brokers, each of whom has been fired or quit, and four price changes. Will this time be the charm? We’ll just have to wait and see.
Gray oaks, by the way, are native to Mexico. Is this another example of our open border policy?
