Just up the street from Pecora towers, a sale is pending

33 Brookridge Drive, asking $5.495 million, reports a buyer. 1910 construction last renovated in 1999, and 3 acres in the one-acre zone. The listing promises a “carriage house custom fit for 5+ people to work remotely”, and I wonder if that’s permitted by zoning? If not, perhaps the new owner can get around the regulation by borrowing some of Joe Pecora’s tenants, and paying them a “moderate wage”.
