Nah, I’m just kidding around. But 4 Rainbow Drive did come on the market today, priced at $2 million. The same house didn’t sell in 2015 when it was asking $1.675, but obviously, that was then, and this is now.
Home Depot materials, I’d say, but the house does have a full basement, a nice feature lacking in most homes on the street because the development was built on a semi-swampy cow pasture-turned driving range back in the 60s.
Recent sales support this price, so there you have it.
