269 Round Hill Road, marked down to $5.495 from its initial price of $5.750 last February. It sold new in 2005 for $6.225, and again in 2007 for $6.632, so it seems that our mid-country still has some way to go before it fully recovers from that era of irrational exuberance.

Or, of course, this might just be a case of deferred maintenance.
