35 Sound Beach Avenue, priced at $1.2 million, has sold for $1.455. I remember this house from when Ann Simp[son had the listing in 2015, when it sold for $1.235. It was really a very nice little house then, thoughtfully updated, so I get its appeal, despite being on such a busy road.
