They’re so rare these days, I’m happy when one shows up so I can write about it. So, 29 Pine Ridge Road (off Stanwich) is new to the market today, priced at $3.595 million. The owners paid $3.1 in 2005, and now that we’ve gotten past the “lucky to get the previous boom price” era, at least temporarily, this price seems about right.

It’s one property away from Montgomery Pinetum; my memory tells me that there’s public access to Pinetum at the foot of Pine Ridge but of not, I’m sure that if you’re nice to your new neighbors you can just walk over.
