Purchased for $6 million in 2007, the owner has been trying to move it since 2014, when she started at $10.5 and dropped as low as $9.5 before she took a time out in 2015. It came back at $6.8 in 2019, sunk to $5.9 by September ‘20, returned this past January at $6.250, and had a full=price offer in 30 days.
