23 Carrington Drive is back again, this time asking $8.950 million. It’s been kicking around since 2017, so perhaps the owner is growing tired of his ownership, and might be amenable to a lower offer.

But compared to what else is out there in this price range, its price doesn’t seem outlandish, to me. For readers presently feeling cramped in their NYC co-op, and who might prefer to step around horse apples instead of meth-addict sidewalk turds, this seems to offer a pleasant alternative.
