121 North Street, listed for $2.790 April 12, has sold for $3.410. There are no pictures at the link because pending and sold listings are being yanked down from the MLS almost instantly these days upon being reported, but the house was discussed here when it was first listed, and I think it’s a fair summary of readers’ reactions to say they were not impressed with this latest iteration.

Sold for $1.785 in November, 2020, before this remuddling.
