Another reason for my lack of interest is that I’ve eaten at a Taco Bell exactly twice in 30 years, and while I didn’t get diarrhea, the second attempt at eating their ersatz Mexican fare, last summer on a road trip, was as unsuccessful as the first. I couldn’t finish it, and I’m astonished that enough people can that this chain is still in business after all these years. Then again, so is Cracker Barrel.
