On June 2nd, I wrote about a coming attraction at 27 Meadowbank Road, Old Greenwich that was going to be listed at $3.8 million, and gently hinted that it meet some buyer resistance to that price, in this flood zone. The house did come on the market last week at $3.8, and, six days later, was reduced this morning to $3.3.
