Hycliff Modern

21 Hycliff Road came on the market today and is priced at $2.995 million. From its pictures, it looks quite nice inside, which is a bit surprising to me because it’s a 1957 Paul Rudolf design, he of Yale Architecture, and the worst excesses of the Brutalist School.

Hycliff will certainly support this price, assuming the proper NYC couple shows up to buy.
