2008 - 2022 — Owner says sell!

Or I suppose that’s what he’s saying; it’s a bit hard to hear.

25 Selden Lane, off Riversville, has been on the market since 2008, when it began at $7.5 million. It comprises a so-so 1987 house with a divisible 7+-acres, so you’d think it must be worth something but, so far, what that something is has yet to be discovered.

The price has bounced along unhappily since that 2008 debut, from the aforementioned $7.5 million all the way down to $1.899 in 2019, and when that bargain price failed to produce a buyer, it was raised to $1.995 in May 2020. Quelle drôle! That effort was equally unsuccessful, alas, and the house went off the market while the owner licked his wounds.

But it’s back today, and at the bold, new price of $2.995 — hey, you snoozed, you loozed; try dozing off again, and the price will probably jump back to that $7.5 number.

So hurry! At this price, it won’t last long! A must-see! Not a drive-by!

And so forth.
