35 Mead Avenue, $1.650 million, contract after 25 days (you can probably subtract 7-10 days from that to account for the period between accepted offer and fully-executed contracts).

Seems like a reasonable deal to me. It’s unfortunate that I-95 went up after this house was built in 1855, but the price reflects that. In all other respects, a convenient, desirable location and, of course, a lovely house, even if I would be tempted to redo the interior to my own taste.
