Sotheby’s Patte Nusbaum has a new listing coming up, a 1985-built, post and beam house on four-acres up on 76 Richmond Hill, priced at $1.850. It’s being marketed as both a land and a residential property listing, and I suppose the land is what will be selling here, but it’s a nice little “cottage” 3-bdr, 2,200 sq. ft., and if one were to clear out some of the trees and bring in the sunlight, it would be more fun to live in than a similarly priced, 1949 builder’s cape on Riverside Lane, say.
