17 Meeting House Road came on the market in February at $1.525 million, quickly went into contract, and closed yesterday at $1.882.

The listing information has been pulled from the Internet, but I remember the house from when of our high school gang’s friends lived there with her parents in 1970-71, and it appears pretty much unchanged since then. Built in 1967 ( I suspect our friend’s father, an airline pilot, bought it new that year) it was nice then, and it seems to be in good condition now.
