Still crazy after all this year
/183 N. Maple Avenue, a 1969 builder’s special, was purchased for $1.275 million in December 2018, and after a quick and dirty rehab, it was put back on the market for $2.475 the following May. It stayed on the market for almost a year, its price slowly dropping to $2.250, before the builder/seller gave up and rented it out.
This year it came back up for sale in March, priced at $2.499, and went immediately into a bidding war. It closed today at $2,805,020.
That wouldn’t have been my choice.
