Gone and back again
/125 Pecksland Road is back with a new agent and a new price of $7.499 million, after its previous agent’s bold tactic of raising its price from $7.750 to $9.220 last May failed to produce a buyer. It’s hard to understand why that didn’t work, but nothing has worked out for this property since its owner paid $11.1 for it in 2011. Originally listed for resale in 2016 at $12.995 million, it’s sat on the market ever since, changing brokers and prices regularly (although, with the exception of the last agent’s brainstorm, those prices were usually lower than the preceding one, not higher). No joy so far, but tomorrow is another day. Onward!
