27 Indian Field Road has closed at $1.2 million. The seller paid $815,000 for it on October 26, 2021 (on an asking price of $789,000), spruced it up, and put it back up for sale on February 6th @ $1.350. He didn’t get that, but I’d guess that he still came out all right. If you’re curious, here are a few before and after shots and a list of improvements supplied with the listing.
