62 Ridge Street, $6.795 million, Hooligan & Lawyers, Sally Maloney listing agent. The original builder tried for $7.250 million in 2008 and finally tossed in the towel (and the deed) to these owners for $6 million in 2011. A $795 million appreciation over 12 years doesn’t seem excessive.

I’ve looked, and can see no sign of either The Orange or The Zebra, which surprises me a little, because Madam Maloney is one of the top agents in town, and she rarely makes mistakes of this magnitude.

But the broker open house won’t be held until Thursday, and I’m sure she’ll have corrected the situation by then.
