254 Stanwich Road has sold for full price, $2.125 million. The sellers paid $1.780 for it in 2002, so nothing exciting about the sale. However, if you like to keep track of real estate transactions, here it is.

We’ve followed the travails of 75 Fairfield Road since it was purchased for $1.675 million in 2004, put back on the market at $1.895 in ‘08, and alternated between being rented out and offered for sale ever since. It finally sold yesterday for $1.450 million.
