/14 Gray Oaks Lane, listed for $3.650 back in June 2020, has sold for $2.940 million. It was listed as both land and residential, and though this 1957 house looks pleasant enough, and is certainly livable either as is or with some updating, I wouldn’t be surprised if a new house replaces it.
The realtor copy notes that “roof was replaced in 1996”, which is either an odd selling point: “look! The roof’s past its sell-by date!”, or an assurance to buyers that, if they do choose to rip off the attic and go up, they won’t be sacrificing anything valuable.
